1. Scope and Acceptance
- These terms govern all services provided by RavenVPS. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
- RavenVPS may update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
- The contractual relationship between RavenVPS and the customer begins upon the issuance of the order confirmation email.
- If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Payment details must belong to the registrant or someone under their legal authority.
- RavenVPS will only send promotional emails to customers who have given explicit consent. All such emails will include an option to unsubscribe.
2. Service Delivery and Responsibilities
- RavenVPS strives to activate services within 24 hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the service description. **Dedicated Servers may take up to 1 week.
- Services will only be delivered once the associated invoice is paid in full.
- RavenVPS ensures that all services will conform to the specifications and conditions described at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Service activation may not occur immediately after payment verification and may vary depending on the service.
- Services will be suspended automatically if payment is not received by the due date.
- Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the service activation date.
- The cooling-off period is only valid if the cancellation request is submitted through official channels (as outlined in Section 10).
- The cooling-off period does not apply to custom or tailored services, such as custom-configured dedicated servers or VPS.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on RavenVPS platforms, including images, text, videos, and graphics, is for illustrative purposes only and cannot be used to justify contract termination or refund requests.
- All intellectual property, including but not limited to images, text, and videos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Limitations of Liability
- RavenVPS is not responsible for any damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or other unforeseen events.
- RavenVPS's liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
6. Force Majeure
- Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, supplier failures, network disruptions, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, and issues affecting third-party operations.
- If a force majeure event persists for more than 30 days and continues to impact the service, either party may terminate the agreement without any obligation for compensation.
7. Technical Details
- RavenVPS operates servers in multiple global data centers to ensure reliability and performance.
- RavenVPS does not guarantee regular backups or data restoration services. Backups are performed irregularly and are not included as a standard service.
- Maintenance may be carried out without prior notice. Downtime due to maintenance is not considered service interruption unless otherwise stated in our SLA.
- RavenVPS reserves the right to suspend services or impose additional charges in cases of excessive resource consumption.
8. Pricing and Fees
- Prices listed on RavenVPS platforms are subject to change and may contain errors. Such errors do not invalidate the agreement.
- Any price changes will be communicated to customers at least 14 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
- Customers are prohibited from using RavenVPS services for illegal activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hate speech, defamation, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
- Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or exploitation of minors is EXPLICITLY FORBIDDEN.
- RavenVPS reserves the right to take necessary actions to mitigate risks to its services, network, or third parties, including suspending services in cases of abuse or security threats.
- Customers agree to indemnify RavenVPS against any third-party claims arising from their use of the services.
