This Fair Usage Policy (FUP) outlines the guidelines for data usage on Dedicated Servers, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and Web Hosting services. It is designed to ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of our network and servers, providing an optimal experience for all customers.

Purpose of the Fair Use Policy

The FUP aims to maintain fair and reasonable data usage practices, particularly for outgoing bandwidth, to prevent any adverse impact on other users or the overall performance of our services.

Bandwidth Usage Guidelines

1. Reasonable Use: Customers are permitted to use the allocated bandwidth for their Dedicated Server or VPS within reasonable limits. This includes supporting websites, applications, email traffic, and other legitimate purposes.
2. Excessive Use: Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively affects other users or the network is prohibited.
3. Incoming Traffic: Incoming traffic is always unmetered and free of charge. This FUP applies only to outgoing bandwidth consumption.

Monitoring and Enforcement

1. Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor data usage on Dedicated Servers, VPS, and other hosting services to ensure compliance with this FUP.
2. Actions for Breach: In the event of a breach, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
   • Limiting bandwidth to protect other users.
   • Implementing corrective measures to restore network performance.
   • Suspending or terminating the service(s) in question.

Communication and Transparency

1. Open Communication: We prioritize open communication and will attempt to discuss any data usage concerns with you before taking action. Feel free to reach out with questions or concerns.
2. Transparent Limits: Below are the transparently defined bandwidth allowances for each service:

Dedicated Servers (Enterprise Lineup):

• Vortex - RD64: 100TB
• Vortex - RD128: 150TB
• Vortex - RD256: 175TB
• Stellar - RD64: 190TB
• Stellar - RD128: 250TB
• Stellar - RD256: 300TB
• Titan - RD128: 375TB
• Titan - RD128+: 550TB
• Omega - RD512: 1650TB

Dedicated Servers (Game Lineup):

• Blitz G1-64: 65TB
• Phantom G2-128: 80TB
• Inferno G3-64: 125TB
• Fury G4-64: 225TB

VPS (Virtual Private Servers):

• 25TB
